Our Story
History
Rich's & Jules' on Toddy Pond is owned and operated by Julie Lynch and Richard Ferland. Having vacationed here since the early 1970s, Julie's dream came true in July 2012 when she and Richard purchased the campground, which had been closed for nearly 10 years. Renovations of the nine cottages began immediately, breathing new life in to this vintage Vactionland retreat and allowing a new generation to create their own Maine summertime memories.

This special summer place provides the ideal atmosphere for relaxation. Our rustic housekeeping cottages are nestled hillside, among tall pines on Toddy Pond, located in East Orland, Maine.
Swim or fish from the shore or bring your boat and explore the eight-mile-long pond and fish for bass, salmon, and trout living within its depths of 122 feet. The property is located less than a quarter mile from the public boat launch. Nearby recreation includes golf, tennis, hiking, bicycling, hunting, and shopping. We're close to the coastal scenic harbors of Penobscot Bay, and only 25 miles from Acadia National Park. Come, wake up to the loons, and linger over beautiful sunsets from your cabin's porch! |
